El libro cuenta con 8 capítulos: Orígenes y fundación del club, su inserción en el Barrio La Tablada, reseña de los torneos disputados por el club desde sus comienzos, tanto en la Liga como en la Asociación Rosarina y posteriormente en los torneos de AFA, la obtención de la Copa Beccar Varela en 1934, el ascenso a Primera División y sus campañas en esta categoría durante 1958 y 1959, capítulo con los principales ídolos del club (Gabino Sosa, De La Mata, Carlovich, etc.); los planteles completos desde el comienzo hasta la actualidad; la evolución edilicia e institucional, su estadio, las distintas comisiones directivas, los socios. Capítulo con 30 entrevistas a ex-dirigentes, hinchas, ex-jugadores. No tiene sintesis partido por partido salvo en aquellos más destacados. 100 fotos blanco y negro y 16 páginas con fotos color.

This book contains 8 chapters: origins and foundation of the club, its insertion in the La Tablada Neighbourhood, brief description of matches played by this club from the very beginning, in the League as well as in the Asociacion Rosarina and later on in tournaments organized by the AFA, the obtention of the Beccar Varela Cup in 1934, the promotion to Primera Division (First Division) and its campaigns in this category during 1958 and 1959, chapter with the main idols of the club (Gabino Costa, De La Mata, Carlovich, etc.); the complete teams from the very beginning up to present; building and institutional evolution, its football field, different committees, members. There is a chapter with thirty interviews to former authorities, fans, former players. It has no summary of match by match only those which are the most important.
